How to make the signup form pop up on a page

In order to set it up:

- Add a WiX Lightbox to your website

- In the welcome popup, replace "Welcome" with "Join Birthday Club"

- Go to Manage Apps and find "Birthday Club"

- Click "Add Again"

- Style the lightbox as needed

- Publish the site

When a user loads the website, the lightbox will pop up and can be dismissed
