How to Use a Wix Button to Sign Up Customers

The standard way to use Birthday Club is to display the Signup Form directly on your website. Another popular option is to show the form inside a pop-up (Lightbox) that opens automatically.

A third alternative—ideal for saving space on your site—is to use a Signup Button. When visitors click the button, the Birthday Club Signup Form appears in a Lightbox.

1. How to Set It Up

Follow these steps to create a signup button that opens your Birthday Club form:

1. Add a Wix Lightbox

  • In the Wix Editor, go to Add → Interactive → Lightboxes.
  • Choose any layout.

2. Add the Birthday Club Widget to the Lightbox

Insert the Signup Form into the Lightbox.

3. Set the Lightbox to Not Open Automatically

You only want the form to appear when the button is clicked.

4. Add a Button to Your Website

  • Drag a button onto your page (e.g., “Join Birthday Club,” “Get Rewards,” or any custom text).
  • Link the button to the Lightbox you created.

2. What Your Visitors Will See

  • The button appears as part of your page design
  • When clicked, the Lightbox opens and displays the Birthday Club Signup Form
  • Visitors can sign up or close the pop-up at any time
