How Redemption of Rewards Works for Brick & Mortar Stores
For brick and mortar stores birthday club handles redemption of rewards.
This ensures that:
- a reward cannot be used more than once
- an expired reward cannot be used
- a customer can redeem only one reward per day.

How to turn on redemption of rewards
This is a premium feature.
If you are a Free account, reward emails will keep gong as usual but they can use the same email many times.
If you are a brick and mortar store and have upgraded to premium account, you can enable this feature from your settings panel as follows:
Click on "Customize Rewards".
Turn on the button to enforce one time use of rewards.
When the feature to enforce one time use of rewards is enabled for your account, reward emails sent to your customers include a "Redeem Now" button. Customers should press this button only when they are on your premises and your staff is watching. This is to ensure that their visit to your business is recorded accurately.
