Get Customer Feedback

Receiving feedback from your customers is very important for your business. It helps you understand what your customers think of you and how you can make your customers happier. They also help you get back quickly to a customer to resolve an issue so they feel important and being cared for.

The Birthday Club app automatically collects feedback from your customers. 

How does it work?

When customer feedback feature is enabled, every reward email sent to customers has a button asking for a feedback rating. 

When they click  on the button asking for feedback, the feedback screen is displayed where they can select the number of stars and enter a comment.

You will get in instant email letting you know that you have a new feedback.

The email contains a link for you to see all your feedback. The feedback can be seen on any device by using our mobile app.

How can I turn on customer feedback?

Customer feedback is a premium feature. In order to use the feature Get Customer Feedback, open the settings panel-> Customize Rewards -> Reward Options->click Get Customer Feedback button to turn it on.
