3. How Customer Feedback Works
3.1 When One-Time Use is Turned Off
When the Customer Feedback feature is enabled, every reward email includes a feedback button.
Customer experience flow:
1. The reward email contains a “Please Rate Us” button.

- When the customer clicks the button, they see the feedback screen where they can choose a star rating and write a comment.

- You immediately receive an email notification with the feedback details and a link to view all feedback and a button to respond to your customer.


1.2 When One-Time Use is Turned On
f you use Enforce One-Time Use, reward emails display a Redeem button instead.
Customer experience flow:
- Customer taps Redeem to use their reward
- After redeeming, they are automatically prompted to leave feedback
This ensures your feedback reflects real, in-person visits.

4. How to Turn On Customer Feedback?
To enable the feedback feature:
- Open your Birthday Club Dashboard
- Go to Reward Options
- Click Get Customer Feedback to turn it on
In order to use the feature Get Customer Feedback, open the Birthday Club Dashboard-> Reward Options->click Get Customer Feedback button to turn it on.
Once enabled, feedback collection begins automatically with every eligible reward email.
