How Reward Emails Look Like

Depending on your settings, Birthday Club automatically sends several types of reward emails to your customers:

  • Birthday reward
  • Signup reward
  • Anniversary reward
  • Monthly reward (Marketing+ plan)
  • Check-in reward and Check-in confirmation (Loyalty+ plan)

Each email is professionally designed and mobile-friendly.

1. What’s Inside a Reward Email

The emails typically consist of

  1. A banner image - a visual header customized by you or selected from our default image set.
  2. A brief message to your customers - a short greeting or explanation of the reward.
  3. The reward box - which includes the reward, the optional promo code, expiration date
  4. A button - the button displayed depends on your Reward Options settings (see section below).
  5. Your signature - including business logo, name
  6. Footer with unsubscribe link and Riiwards address (as the sender of the emails)

You can customize the email text, images and rewards. If you do not upload your own images, a set of default images is already included. Emails are fully responsive and display correctly on both desktops and mobile devices.

White-Label Support

Marketing agencies can enable a white-label configuration where both the sender domain and email footer use custom branding.

2. The Button

Depending on the settings in the Rewarads Options the emails contain

(a) No button - when Enforce On-Time Use = off, Get Customer Feedback turned = off

(b) A Rate Us button - when Enforce On-Time Use = off, Get Customer Feedback turned = on

(c) a Redeem When Staff Present button - when Enforce On-Time Use = on. This button allows staff to confirm redemptions using the Visit & Stats Tracker.
