How to turn on/off rewards

When you setup your birthday club, your rewards are turned off by default. You need to edit/customize your rewards and turn them on so they start going out to your customers.

You may want to turn off your rewards while you are editing them or if you want to stop sending them temporarily for any reason.

To turn on or off a reward:

1. Open the settings panel and click "Customize Rewards"

2. Select the reward you want to turn on or off

3. Use the on/off switch in the reward email settings to turn it on or off
