My Customer Didn't Receive Their Reward Email

If a customer didn’t receive their reward email, it’s usually due to one of the common issues below. You can use this checklist to quickly identify the cause.

1. Email Typo

A mistyped email address is the most frequent issue.

Example: abc@gmail.com  entered as abc@gmail.con .

Check the customer’s email spelling in your Customer List.

2. Email Not Verified

Birthday Club only sends rewards to verified email addresses.

Ask the customer to confirm they completed the verification email sent during signup.

3. Email Went to Spam

The reward email may have landed in the Spam, Promotions, or Junk folder.

Ask the customer to check these folders and mark the email as “Not Spam.

4. Email Server Blocking the Message

Some email providers block messages from domains they don’t recognize.

Ask the customer (or their IT admin) to whitelist: Riiwards.com

This ensures future emails are delivered correctly.
