My customer didn't get reward email

The following are some of the reasons why a customer may not receive their reward email.:

1. There was a typo in the email, e.g. email was entered as abc@gmail.con.

2. Customer has not verified their email. We don't send rewards to emails that have not been verified. Customers should check that they have verified their email.

3. The email landed in the spam folder.

4. Customer's email server doesn't have permission to accept emails from domain Customers should white list domain or ask their mail administrator to white list

 Please email to report emails not being received. We will check and fix the issue.
