Agency Account Settings

Click on "Account Settings" to view and update the Agency settings.

Important:

• The account settings is used in email sent to consumers who are part of the agency's Rewards Clubs. Specifically, the email footer - see the example below - contains the agency name, business email and address
• The footer also contains links to Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, which, by default, link to policies at the riiwards.com website. If you need to customize those links, please contact support@riiwards.com

Further:

• The Account Email Address is also used in automated email sent to clients, e.g. when adding an existing Rewards Club to the agency
• You can customize your email signature (logo, hero image used as banner). The information is used in automated emails sent to businesses part of your agency

Marketplace Web Address and Customer Support Email Address are for future use
