Agency Account Settings
To view and update your agency’s information, log in to your Agency Dashboard and click Account Settings in the left navigation.
These settings control how your agency appears in communications sent to consumers and business clients. Please review them carefully.

1. Important: How Account Settings Are Used
A) Consumer Emails (Rewards Club Members)
The information in your Agency Account Settings is included in the email footer of all communications sent to consumers across the Rewards Clubs managed by your agency.
The footer displays:
- Agency name
- Agency email address
- Agency physical address

It also contains links to:
- Privacy Policy
- Terms and Conditions
By default, these link to the policies on riiwards.com.

B) Automated Emails to Business Clients
Your Account Email Address is used when automated messages are sent to businesses, such as when:
- A Rewards Club is added to your agency
- Agency-related notifications are delivered to clients
You can also customize your agency’s email signature, including:
- Agency logo
- Hero image (banner graphic)
This branding is applied to automated emails sent to businesses under your agency.
2. Additional Fields
The following fields are visible in Account Settings but currently reserved for future features:
- Marketplace Web Address
- Customer Support Email Address
These do not affect current functionality but may be used in upcoming enhancements.
