What's an Agency?

The Agency Dashboard is the main UI to manage your business clients Rewards Club accounts.

An agency is an individual or organization responsible to set up, maintain, monitor results a set of Rewards Clubs and keep in touch with the business managers. Each agency gets a unique affiliation code, which is visible in the Account Settings. This code links agencies with their businesses. The dashboard allows you to add Birthday Club to your clients who may have website on any platform.

The Main Dashboard

Clicking in the left navigation on "Businesses" will list all Business Rewards Clubs allocated to the agency. The listing shows

• the business name, contact info
• the business type (icon on the left), whether Online or Brick & Mortar  - in this example (1)  respectively (2)
• the date when the business was added to the agency
• the number of subscribers and numbers of rewards sent for each of the businesses

Dashboard Functions

• Use the "Login" button on the right of each of the businesses to log in to the business' Rewards Club dashboard
• "Cancel" will remove the business' Rewards Club from your dashboard and deactivate the Rewards Club
• If you have a long list of businesses, you can use the "Search" function to find the business in your dashboard. Enter the business name and click on "Search"
