Agency Dashboard
The Agency Dashboard is the central interface for managing your clients’ Rewards Club accounts. It allows agencies to set up, maintain, and monitor the performance of multiple businesses—all from one place.
1. What Is an Agency?
An agency is an individual or organization responsible for:
- Setting up Rewards Clubs for client businesses
- Maintaining their configurations
- Monitoring results and performance
- Communicating with the business owners or managers
Each agency receives a unique affiliation code (visible under Account Settings).
This code links the agency to the businesses it manages.
The Agency Dashboard also allows you to add Birthday Club to clients operating on any website platform, not only Wix.

2. The Main Dashboard
Login to your Agency Dashboard, click Businesses in the left navigation menu to view all Reward Clubs assigned to your agency.
For each business, the dashboard displays:
Business name and contact information
Business type (shown as an icon), and whether it is:
- Online-only
- Brick-and-mortar
- Date added to the agency
- Number of subscribers
- Number of rewards sent
This summary view provides a quick snapshot of how each business is performing.

3. Dashboard Actions
For every listed business, you can take the following actions:
A) Login
Click Login to access the business’s own Rewards Club Dashboard.
This allows you to configure rewards, customize settings, and review results from the business owner's perspective.
B) Cancel
Click Cancel to remove the business from your agency dashboard and deactivate its Rewards Club.
4. Search Your Business List
If your agency manages many businesses:
- Use the Search bar at the top of the list
- Enter the business name
- Click Search
This helps you quickly locate a specific Rewards Club account.
