How to Access the Visit & Stats Tracker

The Visit & Stats Tracker is a companion web app that gives you additional insights into your Birthday Club activity—especially visit confirmations and reward redemptions.

It works on any device, including smartphones, tablets, and computers.

1. What Is the Visit & Stats Tracker?

The Visit & Stats Tracker lets you:

• Confirm visits when customers redeem rewards
• View reward redemption stats
• View visit history and activity trends

It is designed for fast use at the point of sale or on the go.

2. How Reward Redemption & Confirmation Works

• When a customer redeems a reward, you can confirm the visit inside the tracker
• Confirmed visits help you track how rewards convert into real visits

3. Access the Visit & Stats Tracker

3.1 Direct Login

To access the Visit & Stats Tracker

1. Open https://app.birthdayclub.io/b/mdashboard/
2. Log in with your Birthday Club Dashboard credentials
3. If you forgot your password, click Forgot Password? to receive a temporary password
4. After logging in, you can update your password under Change Password

3.2 Login from Your Birthday Club Dashboard

1. Log in to your Birthday Club Dashboard
2. Go to Reward Options
3. Click Login to Visit & Stats Tracker

This opens the tracker without needing to re-enter your credentials (if already authenticated).
