How do I delete a subscriber

According to GDPR privacy regulations (the General Data Protection Regulation by the EU) include a "right to be forgotten" provision. Subscribers to Birthday Club may request their data to be deleted. This may occur 2 ways:

1. Subscribers sent email to Riiwards (support@riiwards.com)

If one of your subscribers contacts Riiwards Birthday Club help asking for deletion we will delete the subscriber from our database. However, note that you, as a merchant, also MUST delete the subscriber from your WiX Contact List in your site's dashboard.

2. You as the WiX site owner with receive a request

a. Please delete the subscriber from your Contact List and send a reply to your subscriber.

b. Send an email to support@riiwards.com and request deletion of the subscriber (input required: subscriber email). We will delete the subscriber from our database as well.
