GDPR: Right to Rectification

Under the EU GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), subscribers have the right to request corrections (“rectification”) to their personal data.

Birthday Club stores basic subscriber information such as:

  • Email
  • Name
  • Birthday (day + month only)
  • Gender
  • Age group
  • Phone number

If a subscriber asks to update any of this information, both systems (Birthday Club and Wix) must reflect the changes.

1. When a Subscriber Contacts You

If a customer requests a data correction directly from your business:

  1. Update the subscriber’s information in your Wix Contact List

  2. Email support@riiwards.com with the updated details

    → We will correct the same information in the Birthday Club database

This ensures the data is consistent across all systems.

2. When a Subscriber Contacts Riiwards

If the subscriber contacts Riiwards directly:

  • We will update their information in the Birthday Club database

  • We will email you with the updated details

    → You must update the subscriber in your Wix Contact List

Both steps are required for GDPR compliance.
