Review & Launch Your Rewards Club with SMS Signup
Your Rewards Club has been prepared by the Riiwards team. Before going live, take a few minutes to review the key settings, adjust your signup and birthday rewards, and test the SMS signup experience.

- A poster with QR code for SMS signup
1. How Does SMS Enabled Rewards Club Work?
- Place the QR poster where customers can see it.
- Customers scan the QR code with their phone.
- They receive a text message with signup instructions.
- After completing signup, they receive the signup reward and are added to your customer list.
- The birthday reward is sent automatically before their birthday.
You can also send additional rewards (e.g., monthly rewards) and collect signups from your website or social media.
2. Login to Your Dashboard
Go to https://app.birthdayclub.io/
Review the main menu on the left. The most important sections are:
- Customize Rewards
- Customers & Stats
Click through to familiarize yourself with the system.

2. Familiarize Yourself with the Main Settings
Your Rewards Club includes additional options that support engagement:
- Email customization
- Reward activation controls
- Basic branding adjustments
- Customer feedback option
You don’t need to change everything — just make sure you understand what is active and how it works.
The system is designed to operate smoothly in the background with minimal effort from you.
3. Review Your Rewards
Your club is pre-configured, but you should review the two core rewards:
✔ Signup Reward
This is sent immediately after customers join.
Check:
- Does the offer fit your business?
- Does the wording reflect your brand?
- Is the value sustainable?
Use Preview and Send Test Email to see exactly what customers receive.
✔ Birthday Reward
Birthday rewards drive long-term engagement.
Review:
- The offer
- The tone of the message
- The validity period
Small adjustments can significantly improve redemption rates.
4. Enable Customer Feedback (Recommended)

In Reward Options, turn on Customer Feedback. This allows customers to privately rate their experience after redeeming a reward. Benefits:
- Automatic feedback collection
- Early awareness of concerns
- Protection of your public reputation
It runs quietly in the background and adds long-term value.
5. Test the SMS Signup Experience
This is the most important step before launch. Your club includes SMS-based signup, designed for fast and frictionless customer enrollment. Go through the entire process as if you were a customer.
Test it yourself:
- Open your phone
- Scan your QR code
- Follow the instructions on the text message
- As soon as you completed the signup, check the Customers & Stats page.
6. Note About Email Delivery
Reward emails are sent via email, while depending on the settings the system will also send reward expiration reminders via SMS.
Occasionally, emails may land in a spam or promotions folder depending on the recipient’s email provider. If you do not see a test email in your inbox, please check those folders and mark the email as “Not Spam” if needed.
