Activity Report

Example Activity Report (partial cut-out)

As the account holder, you may receive a regular Activity Report by email. This report gives you a quick snapshot of what has happened in your Birthday Club — without needing to log in to your Birthday Club Dashboard.

The Activity Report is automatically sent on days when:

  • New customers sign up, or
  • Rewards are delivered

For privacy reasons, all customer email addresses are masked.

If you prefer not to receive Activity Reports, email support@riiwards.com.

What’s Included in the Activity Report

1. Yesterday's Summary

A quick look at what happened yesterday:

  • Number of customer signups from different sources
  • Number of rewards sent (birthday, anniversary, monthly, and check-in rewards)
  • Number of customer reviews received
  • Number of newsletter emails sent

2. All-Time Summary

Cumulative totals since you started using Birthday Club:

  • Total signups from all sources
  • Total rewards sent (birthday, anniversary, monthly, and check-in rewards)
  • Total customer reviews
  • Total newsletter emails sent

3. Monthly Trends

An overview of your activity over time:

  • Signups
  • Rewards
  • Reviews

  • Newsletters

    For the current month and the previous two months.


4. Birthday Rewards Sent

A list of customers who received a birthday reward yesterday.


5. Birthdays Coming Up (Next 7 Days)

See which customers have birthdays within the next week—a great way to anticipate activity or prepare your team.
