Activity Report

As the account holder of your Birthday Club you may regularly receive an Activity Report via email. The Activity Report gives you a quick snapshot of what’s been happening in your Birthday Club.

It’s automatically sent on days when new customers sign up or when rewards are delivered. Your customer's emails are masked for privacy reasons. Customer email addresses are masked for privacy.

If you do not wish to receive a regular Activity Report, please email support@riiwards.com.

The report includes the following sections:

1. Yesterday's Summary

A quick look at what happened yesterday:

• Number of customer signups from different sources
• Number of rewards sent (birthday, anniversary, monthly, and check-in rewards)
• Number of customer reviews received
• Number of newsletter emails sent

2. All-Time Summary

Cumulative totals since you started your Birthday Club:

• Total signups from all sources
• Total rewards sent (birthday, anniversary, monthly, and check-in rewards)
• Total customer reviews
• Total newsletter emails sent

3. Monthly Trends

An overview of your activity over time:

• Signups, rewards, reviews, and newsletters for the current month and previous two months

4. Birthday Rewards Sent

A list of customers who received a birthday reward yesterday.

5. Birthdays Next 7 Days

See which customers have upcoming birthdays within the next week — a great opportunity to engage early or check your upcoming reward schedule.
