Our dedicated email server has maintained a top-tier sender reputation for more than 10 years, ensuring reliable delivery at scale.

Emails sent to popular consumer domains — such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, outlook.com, and others — are typically delivered with a very high success rate.


However, if you use custom or corporate email domain (e.g., you@yourcompany.com), our automated emails might occasionally be filtered into your spam or junk folder. This is due to stricter filtering rules that some corporate email systems use.


To make sure you don’t miss important customer reward notifications and loyalty updates, please ask whoever manages your company’s email (often your IT provider or domain administrator) to allowlist our sending domain and server.

2.  Recommended Steps for IT / Email Administrators  

  1. Add Our Domain & IP to Safe Senders

Add the domain riiwards.com and the IP address 198.21.3.133 to your company’s approved senders or safe senders list.


  1. Verify SPF Settings

If your organization uses SPF (Sender Policy Framework) to validate emails, confirm that your SPF record includes:

If you have a strict -all SPF rule, ensure this include statement is present so our messages pass SPF checks.


  1. Mark Past Messages as “Not Spam”

If you see any of our previous reward or loyalty emails in the spam or junk folder, mark them as Not Spam to help train your filter.


  1. Update Any Custom Gateways or Spam Filters

If your business uses a custom spam filter or mail gateway, add the IP 198.21.3.133 and the domain riiwards.com to the allowlist.
