How to Set up Birthday Club Outside of Wix

You can use Birthday Club on any website platform, not just Wix. Setup is fast and flexible, whether you’re an agency, an individual business, or a multi-location brand.

Step 1: Set up the Rewards Club

A. For Agencies

If you manage multiple clients, use your Agency Dashboard:

  1. Open your Agency Dashboard
  2. Click Add New in the left menu
  3. Fill out the business details
  4. Click Add Business

The new Rewards Club will appear in your Businesses list.

B. For Individual Businesses

If you're a standalone business, simply contact us at: support@riiwards.com. We will create your Rewards Club account for you.

C. For Multi-Location Businesses

If you operate multiple locations (e.g., a chain), you have two options:

  • Option A: Create a separate Rewards Club for each location

  • Option B: Set up a multi-location Rewards Club

    → Contact us at support@riiwards.com and we will configure it for you

Step 2: Set up the Basic Rewards Club

Login to the Rewards Club Account via the Birthday Club login. Then complete two core setup steps:

1. Account Settings

  • Business information
  • Logo and images
  • Social media links

2. Rewards Configuration

  • Signup reward (optional)
  • Birthday reward (mandatory)
  • Additional rewards can be added later

Completing these steps enables the essential Rewards Club features.

Step 3: Enable Customer Signup via Website

To allow website visitors to sign up:

  1. Go to Embed Code Widget in the left menu
  2. Style the widget (colors, layout)
  3. Copy the provided embed code
  4. Paste it into your website (HTML block, custom code section, etc.)

The Birthday Club signup form will appear automatically on your website.

Step 4: Enable SMS Signup

SMS Signup is ideal for walk-ins, restaurants, cafés, salons, and brick-and-mortar businesses.

To enable SMS Signup:

  1. Contact support@riiwards.com
  2. We will set up your dedicated toll-free SMS number
  3. You will receive your QR code and Smart SMS Link

Place your QR code on posters, menus, tables, window displays, receipts, flyers, and other print or digital materials to grow your customer list.
