How to set up a Rewards Club?

Step 1: Set up the Rewards Club Account

For Agencies

If you are an agency please use your Agency Dashboard to add a Rewards Club for a business. Select "Add New" in the left bar menu, fill the form and click "Add Business". As soon as created the Rewards Club will be listed in the Businesses menu.

For Individual Businesses

Please contact the Riiwards team via support@riiwards.com to set up your Rewards Club.


For Multi-Location Businesses

If the business has multiple locations (e.g. is a chain), you have the following options

(a) Create a separate Rewards Club for each of the locations

(b) Create multi-location Rewards Club. Please contact the Riiwards team via support@riiwards.com to set it up

Step 2: Set up the Basic Rewards Club

Login to the Rewards Club Account via the Rewards Club login or via the Agency Dashboard.
  1. First, complete the Account Settings (incl. business info, images, social media links)

  1. Second, set up the Signup and Birthday Rewards

Step 3: Enable Customer Signup via Website

First, go to the menu "Embed Code Widget", style the widget. Then embed the code on business' website. The widget will appear on the website and visitors can sign up.

Step 4: Enable SMS Signup

Please contact the Riiwards team via support@riiwards.com. The team will set up a toll-free SMS number and provide you a QR code.

Put the QR code on posters, flyers, menus which advertise the rewards club in business' premises. See the following example:
