How does Rewards Club work?

Rewards Club is an easy to use and automated solution to grow a business' customers list and increase repeat visits.

Rewards Club allows customers to sign up from multiple sources

  • Website through a widget (signup form)
  • Social media - by linking postings to a web page with a widget
  • Walk-ins, through QR code on various print collateral for quick signup via SMS
  • Also existing customers list can be imported and curated to build up an updates customer list

Sign up from Multiple Sources

Customers sign up with their email, name, birthday (day and month), optionally anniversary date and other demographic information (age group, gender). For data privacy reasons Rewards Club does not collect the birth year.

Through the use smart tracking each of the channels and their performance can be tracked separately. You can even assign a QR code for each of business' employees as they encourage visitors to sign up, and then track employees' success in signing up visitors.

Automated Emails, SMS, Rewards for Repeat Visits

Rewards Club incorporates a number of rewards which are sent to customers to stay in touch, offer rewards, thank them for their visits, send newsletters, collect feedback. Once set up, the rewards are sent automatically.

  • Sending automated text reminders if did not open their reward emails and rewards are due to expire

Reward emails can include a customizable promo code, which can be used for online stores or POSs.

Redeem and Track Rewards

Rewards Club has been designed for ease of use and minimal work for businesses.

The main work you need to do is to honor the rewards when customers visit and show the reward email on the phone. Optionally, the emails come with a "Redeem" button, which allows businesses to track reward redemptions.

Redemption details are available via the customer list and stats available via the Manager's App.
