How to turn on one-time use of rewards
For brick and mortar stores we offer an easy way to enforce one-time use of rewards, and collect customer reviews. Online stores should not use this feature. When this feature is enabled, we generate a unique promo (coupon) code for every reward email whose redemption is managed by us.
Online stores create their own promo codes and use their shopping engine to manage redemption.
Please note that the app is a premium feature.
How to turn on one-time use of rewards
If you are a brick and mortar store and have upgraded to premium account, you can enable this feature from your settings panel as follows:
Click on "Customize Rewards".
Turn on the button to enforce one time use of rewards.

Rewards Emails
When the feature to enforce one time use of rewards is enabled for your account, reward emails sent to your customers include a "Redeem Now" button. Customers should press this button only when they are on your premises and your staff is watching. This is to ensure that their visit to your business is recorded accurately.
